Collection: 3D Systems SLA Consumables

The 3D Systems SLA 750 is an industrial powerhouse, designed to deliver extremely high throughput and large-format parts using advanced Stereolithography (SLA) technology. To meet the demands of true production applications, the SLA 750 utilizes the Accura portfolio of photopolymer resins. These materials are engineered to provide mechanical properties that bridge the gap between prototypes and final production parts, often matching the performance of traditional thermoplastics like ABS and Polypropylene (PP).

The Accura SLA line includes a variety of specialized formulations—from ultra-tough composites to materials that meet high-temperature or flame-retardant requirements. By optimizing the material properties for the SLA 750's precise light engine and fast print speeds, these resins enable manufacturers to create end-use parts, large-scale prototypes, and high-quality tooling with exceptional surface finish and accuracy.

Accura SLA Resins: Production-Grade Performance and Specialization

The Accura family of resins for the SLA 750 allows users to transition easily from prototyping to production by providing materials that can withstand rigorous physical and environmental testing. The portfolio includes advanced composites and high-specification resins designed for demanding industries like aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics.

High-Performance & AMX Composites

This category represents the leading edge of Accura materials, offering enhanced thermal, mechanical, and regulatory compliance suitable for end-use parts and robust tooling.

  • Accura PEAK: A premium, ultra-high-temperature resin offering one of the highest Heat Deflection Temperatures (HDT) available in SLA. It is ideal for parts requiring exceptional stiffness and stability in elevated thermal environments, such as aerospace ducting or engine components.
  • Accura AMX Rigid Composite (White, Aero): These next-generation SLA composites provide outstanding rigidity and strength, with the White version offering excellent aesthetics and the Aero version meeting specific requirements for stiffness and low-density applications in aerospace.
  • Accura Composite PIV: A highly rigid, ceramic-filled resin that offers outstanding stiffness and surface finish. It is often used for wind tunnel models, demanding tooling, and fixtures where absolute precision and minimal deflection are paramount.
  • Accura AMX Tough FR V0 Black: This unique composite resin combines high durability with UL94 V0 flame retardancy. It is essential for applications in electronics housings, internal aircraft parts, and consumer appliance components where fire safety is a critical requirement.

Durable and ABS-Like Resins

These general-purpose and durable resins are the workhorses of the SLA 750, providing the mechanical properties and resilience needed for functional prototyping and production tools that require toughness and impact resistance.

  • Accura Xtreme White 200: Known for simulating ABS plastic, this material offers a superb balance of stiffness and impact strength. It is an industry standard for durable functional prototypes, snap-fit assemblies, and master patterns.
  • Accura AMX Durable Natural: A high-toughness, impact-resistant resin that closely mimics the behavior of polypropylene (). It is excellent for parts requiring flexibility, high elongation at break, and repeated stress tolerance, such as living hinges and fluid containers.
  • Accura AMX Rigid Black: Provides the same high performance and mechanical toughness as the composites but in an aesthetic, opaque black color, making it perfect for high-contrast presentation models, automotive interior components, and enclosures.
  • Accura Bluestone: A durable, deep blue-grey resin offering a good combination of strength and stiffness for general-purpose engineering prototypes and functional assemblies.

Clear and Flexible Resins

Rounding out the portfolio are materials designed for specialized optical and elastomeric applications, allowing the SLA 750 to produce parts with specific aesthetic or tactile characteristics.

  • Accura 55: A nearly water-clear resin that is stiff and durable, making it ideal for visual prototypes, fluid flow analysis, lenses, and transparent covers where high optical clarity is required.
  • Accura 25: This flexible resin simulates the look and feel of PP or TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) when printed thin. It allows for the creation of soft-touch grips, flexible seals, gaskets, and components requiring limited deflection or elasticity.
